TERMS OF SERVICE
1. PAYMENT & REFUNDS• I take payments up-front via ko-fi in EURO
• I won’t start working on your commission until I receive a full payment
• I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason
• Once I start working on the commission, refunds are not permitted
• If I won’t be able to finish your commission (for any reason), you will receive a full refund
2. QUEUE & WAITING TIME• My commissions are first come - first serve
• I tend to take a little while on drawing, usually up to 1-4 weeks - please be patient with me and do not rush me! However, if I take any longer than that, please let me know
3. COMMISSIONING PROCESS, WIPS & EDITS• Please, provide a clear reference sheet of your character when commissioning me
• I may charge extra for more complicated designs
• I can provide work-in-progress pictures anytime when asked - I always send a sketch for approval before finishing it though
• You can always ask for minor changes during the sketch process - I may charge extra for more considerable changes (eg. different pose, angle)
• Once your artwork has been completed, I won’t make any further changes to the piece
4. PERMISSIONS• You can post/use your commission anywhere you want as long as you credit me! You’re not allowed to claim my work as your own creation
• Commissioned artworks are intended for non-commercial use only, unless it was discussed during the commissioning process
By commissioning me, you’re automatically agreeing to my TOS
